Termite Solutions
Our Termite Protection Services
Termites can cause extensive damage to the structure of a building and go for years undetected without a monitoring and inspection regime. Over 100000 homes suffer from termite attack each year in Australia with Western Australia being one of the highest risk areas. They can significantly devalue your home or property and cause large costs in repairs to any building containing timber.
Professional solutions are the most effective way to detect, monitor and treat termites. The Building Code of Australia requires structural components of new buildings and extensions to be protected from termite attack. Our termite protection systems conform to Australian standards AS 3660.1-2000 and AS 3660.2-2000, for protection of new and existing buildings respectively.
Options we can offer to Protect Your Home
Fact: Termites can travel underground to get to your home, they can even get through cracks in your concrete slab.
Almost every Australian home may be at risk of termites, but do not lose hope. The fight against this damaging pest is not yet lost. The good news is we have several methods to help protect your building or structure against termites. These include:
Termite Bait Stations
Termite bait stations involves the use of unobtrusive termite bait stations, which are placed around the perimeter of your property to detect termite activity. Either we can or you can if you wish, routinely monitor these stations for termite activity.
This method can be used at any stage of the building’s life.
Chemical Treatment Zone
A chemical treatment zone involves applying a liquid chemical to the soil, either under concrete flooring or around the entire perimeter of the building.
This method can be used at any stage of the building’s life

Reticulation System
The reticulation system is a network of underground pipes designed to distribute a termite control chemical evenly throughout a building’s foundations and around the building perimeter. Using precise control of the chemical application, this system allows reapplication of the chemical barrier giving protection against invasion by termites.
This method can be used prior to construction and perimeter systems can be installed once the property is completed prior to landscaping and paving.
